Non touristic long term rental ONLY
No weekly or daily holiday rentals.
Minimum rental 6 months
The house can be rented as primary residence for local tax residents on a long term contract.
Rent per month EUR 9.000 incl. garden and pool maintenance as well as WIFI.
Electricity and water consumption as well as alarm contract is to be paid by tenant.
3 months damage deposit required (non negotiable).
Rented fully furnished as on images and recently reformed in 2025.
